Those who only want the cushion should consider that it might hurt their shoulders. Even though I weigh 3kg, my shoulder was quite sore. It comes with a cushion, but there's almost no filling, so wrapping a blanket around it works perfectly. Considering winter, I think it's better for children weighing over 3kg to buy size M or larger.
