Great! A bit difficult to open and close but in line with the description.
This is the second one. The first one is new and without signs of use. The cats are very comfortable, and it's easy to carry both at the same time. Highly recommended!

I'm genuinely pretty impressed at the quality!
- so it folds down almost flat, and can expand to the backpack form or the extended form.
- each of the zippers has a plastic clip to secure my kitty inside, preventing her from poking her head through and opening the doors (except on the extension compartment door).
- the floor panels are a thin piece of fur carpet, they are okay quality but it allows the backpack to be folded.
- the extension compartment comes out sturdy, though you do have to move the backpack straps out of the way awkwardly, but it's worked well for me when i take my cat to the park and let her hang out in there.
- not gonna include pictures cause the pics/videos pretty much show it how it is
The seams are not reassuring, but it's okay.
